Written during his chemotherapy treatment for stage 3 colon cancer, the tropical country collection was born from daydreams of ocean breezes and bright skies imagined while confined to his hometown of Dallas, TX. Produced by John Pedigo, the album trades honky-tonks for hammocks without losing the emotional punch or storytelling grit that made Walker one of country music's most beloved new voices. Now cancer-free, he's bringing Tropicana on the road this summer ready to dance through the storm he's come out of.
